Hello,
I have a 2010 premium v6 mustang with the shaker sound system. I've been away at college for a couple of months and haven't been able to drive my car, its been just sitting in my garage. When i got back my battery was dead. Once i got it charged everything seemed to be working fine. Except when i press the aux or phone button nothing happens. Also when i use the usb port nothing happens, it doesn't even charge my phone. I'm guessing i need to reset a fuse but I'm not sure so if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

the SYNC module isn't talking, for some reason. try cycling the battery again (pull the negative terminal for like 5 minutes, then re-connect), give it a couple of minutes, then try again.

I would try the above suggestion first. I know my battery on my vette was dead a couple weeks ago, so I charged the battery and still nothing, until I disconnected and reconnected. Weird.

for the most part, electronics are spec'ed to work down to 9.6 volts, below which they should shut down. sometimes in a low-voltage situation (below 9.6, enough to present as a "dead" battery but not be completely flat) a module can flake out and require a complete battery cycle to come back.
