You should post a pic of those quad tips when you get them installed.

No, I didn't have any more trouble. I just really didn't like how they sounded as the revs climbed, whether legal or not. To me they sound great during normal driving but the sound when you open the throttle almost seems forced and unatturaly shrill. Just like everything else, the sounds of the different exhausts is very subjective. I know most people love the roushes and I certainly don't dislike them. I just think my borlas were similary loud but had a deeper tone at open throttle without being obnoxious. If by putting on the GT500s I don't have to worry everytime I pass a LEO all the better. I pretty much only use my car to drive around town in a residential area and it's definitely the only white GT/CS around so it gets known (for better or worse) pretty quickly. I should have the switch done later today or tomorrow and will report back. It's amazing how fast American Muscle gets things done!
I appreciate all the opinions/advice.

I had the gt500 axlebacks on mine and they sound really good, and no drone, you will really like them.

I currently have the roush axlebacks on mine for the past 40,000 miles and love the sound, and never (knock on wood) been pulled over in NOVA for them. But I also drive like I have sense.

I have a friend looking for a set of Roush axlebacks, just curious how much are you looking to get for them? feel free to PM me.

James
