I had quality control issues buying from the spoiler store. the first one was warped/wavy, the secnd was wasn't any better. thier customer service is ok, but the quality isn't there. you get what you pay for.

I got the 3D carbon gt500 style spoiler about 2 years ago. perfect quality and paint match. still in great shape. and yes, they don't paint the gurney flap. it's supposed to be matte black.

My spoiler I bought from American Muscle. It is the closest thing to the gt500 one; only they don't paint the gurney flap; so I painted it myself. just got some newspaper and masking tape and painted it black! a little difficult to get the fine edges but it came out well. I would definitely recommend getting it through American Muscle, and pay their price. You will not regret it.

I have previously considered thespoilerstore from ebay but they are not equivalent and you won't be satisfied whether its for the shape, or finish. American muscle are highly trusted in my book

Modbargains,
You guys are 5 minutes from where I work. Do you provide the forum discount as well? PM me a price and let's work something out.

Thanks everyone for the input. I do like AM spoilers it's just at $300 I could get three from ebay or get the ebay spoiler, if the paint looked bad, I could have it painted by a local body shop and still be way under $300. Let's be honest, a spoiler is a piece of cosmetic plastic. It's not going on a Indy car. But on the same token, I'd pay a few extra bucks to ensure its right
