Finally picked out a Mustang
#12
I just traded in my 2009 GT to the local Ford dealer and got $17500. 46k Miles, I was the 2nd owner (bought with only 10k in miles) no upgrades went with the car, and both the paint and interior were mint. If he paid in the realm of $16k and what he says about the condition is true, then I'd say that was a steal.

I spent about 4 weeks pricing cars within 500 miles of where I live. Most 2006 cars with low miles ran around 15K private party and may have CAI, but that was about it. However, 2007 models ran about 16k. The fact I was able to get the car at that price and it included 4 years of warranty, a one owner vehicle that looks like a garage queen I feel it was a steal.
I could have picked up one around the same price with mods, but the majority of advice from the forum was to find one with no mods that I could work on and not have to worry about.

The price really depends on supply and demand for Mustangs in your area, I just paid $13,000 for my '05 GT Vert with 37,000 miles and think I did pretty good.
The bottom line is if you are happy with the price you paid for the car then you win!
