Default unused plug under hood?

help me out here, what the F does this go to? I found this plug just under the low side refrigeration lines near the master cylinder. It looks factory and I sure don't remember putting it there anyway. I can't remember removing anything that it plugged into. It's coming out of the same wire bundle as the purge solenoid thingy. I was looking for refrigeration leaks when i noticed it. it's to short to reach anything.

I probably asked this same question several years ago and just forgot.

Different color on the plug but the same plug, just two wires going to it.

yeah, i have a plug on that. the wires are a different color too. This extra connector comes out of the same wiring bundle as that connector in your pic.

Maybe something for an automatic? Anyone with a manual 06 have this extra connector? I can't remember removing anything during the whipple install that had an eletrical connector.

Damn! That's what it is. I must have disconnected it when i installed the linelocks and forgot it. It didn't set a code. What is the purpose, to warn you when the fluid is low? Weird!

I even looked around the master cylinder and didn't see the connector.

Maybe a temp sensor for overheating? Those are the only two things that I can think of. Low fluid or temp.
