I'm betting that Insurance is going to claim it as totaled because the repair damages are going to be more than the value of the car (To a buyer, not the value to yourself). Thats a hefty bit of damage, lots of body work and painting, not to mention the axles. Sorry to see this happen bro.

it's going to depend on if the wheel being ripped out damaged the subframe. If not it looks fixable.

If the damage is 50%of the cars current value they will total it for sure. Just looking at those photos at think they'll repair it.

It's border line judging by your suspension damage but my guess is that they will go for repair.
The consensus in the Ins. industry is that 75% of the value of the car in damage will total it unless we're talking about Classic cars or Exotics etc... then that doesn't apply but it's not the case here.

Good luck though...

You need to discuss this issue with your insurance company - they will decide if it is "totaled."

If it is, I would highly recommend you find a way to pull anything off that you want.

Here in FLA they just changed the laws as of july 1st. Now the damage has to exceed 90% of the value of the car pre-damage.

Not true. A rebuilt car can drive the same if not better than a factory built car. Depending completely on the skills of the shop doing the work.
