Default Exhaust Resonators

May be a stupid question; but any issues ever arise from deleting these from our cars?

Cool. I've had it done already because reviews on the internet said that it would deliver a better exhaust tone, but then it occurred to me I should have checked to make sure it was going to be ok for the car too!
