Ford Dealership Abuse - Video

Basically two techs take a stang with (I'm guessing) a reported vibration noise or something out and they just rev the **** out of it and leave at high rpm load in the hopes that the issue will either just "fix itself, or blow it [the engine] up".
Then there's some conspiracy to commit fraud and a little assholery sprinkled in between the rest of the tech's conversation. The owner stated in his youtube channel that they messed up his rims, and caused a new transmission issue after he got it back.

It all depends who you trust with your car is the real issue. One time I took my car to Tire Kingdom to get new tires and some mechanic took me to where my car was and told me I have to fix this, this and that. They also showed me an estimate which was really high. Since you live in South Florida like I do, the best thing to do is take your stories to one of local tv stations. You have more than enough proof from your video for them to do an expo on Sunrise Ford. Thank God nothing happened to your car when they were trying to "fix" it.

I saw an update on Jalopnik that the dealership offered to buy back his car:
To the customer on the video, we sincerely apologize, we would like to extend you the offer of purchasing your car at retail price, allowing you to keep the aftermarket parts."

They should compensate him for his time, as well as any tax/title fees, and give him a good deal on a replacement car if they're going to bother trying to fix this PR nightmare. Lazy ********.
Dude should absolutely take them to court, with that video I think he has a solid case against them and he can get a better deal than just "we'll buy your car back while you take a hit, and lose time out of your life fixing our mistake."

Glad I saw this post. I live a few miles from Sawgrass Ford and was going to take my Mustang there for an alignment but changed my mind after seeing this!
Anyone know a good mechanic in the Sunrise FL area?

lol the power of social media. I wouldnt take that deal, not after how they treated him before this blew up. He should hire a lawyer and go from there. Should definitely teach them a lesson. Im pretty sure hes not the first customer this has happened to. In a way hes standing up for the past, present and future customers lol. He will be our hero.
