Default **Sigh** More Whipple Woes

Car is 2008 GT. 4.6L with 89k on the clock
Is whipple 2.3L W140AX Supercharged Ford Racing HO kit
Ford Racing 62mm dual bore TB
Car is doing 2 things. 1: It's still doing the random shutdowns, throwing a P2135 code. I had figured it was the OEM TB motor going bad or the OEM TPS, but it did it again AFTER the FRPP TB was placed on today.
At times, the car, when coming to a stop and engaging the clutch to put in neutral, will rev up to 3-3.5k, then step down to 2200 or so, before dropping like a rock to idle. Then it constantly seeks idle between 800-1150 rpm... no idea why it's doing this.
no other engine modifications.
BAMA tuned with datalogs

I glimpsed in a search before that whipple bypass valves have caused shut down issues? Anyone know about that?

Check your TPS voltages and Find a real tuner, they are not known for their ability to tune FI. What's the vacuum at a steady idle?

It really sounds like the tune. With FI, your best bet is a real dyno tune.

I had the same thing happen a couple of years ago. It turned out to be the harness extension for the relocation of the TB. The Whipple kit came with crimps. I redid them by soldering the connections, and the problem went away for good. I had read about this somewhere else where someone had this same problem happen to them. I need to note that when I checked the crimps before I soldered them, they looked to be good. Must have still been something wrong with them anyways, since the soldering fixed the problem.
