Default Port and polish stock TB worth?

I've done some porting and polishing on carb internals for my 12a rotary (3 sterling modified nikki carbs). I could easily port and polish it for better flow but the question is would it be worth it? Opinions? Well, not port, but hone rather I guess.

Well, the ford racing 62mm throttle body has polished bores... you'd think getting rid of the roughness of the stock cast bores should give some benefit.

If you do all the work yourself sure why not. I wouldnt have someone do it for $$$ though.

I paid $120 for a stock throttle body that had a job done to it by Jerry Stranigan. It did add throttle response, not sure about power though. It doesn't hurt for sure.

I agree; doesn't hurt and all the better if you feel confident doing it yourself.
