So I changed my spark plugs and wires like I've done so many times before but this time the check engine light came on. I got my neighbor's code reader and it said cylinder 5 was misfiring. So I took out the new spark plug that I had just put in and took it back and exchanged it. Now its running better (but not good) but not the code on the check engine is saying that it was runner extra lean on one side. now I don't know what this means so does anyone know what this means? cause its making my car sputter and has a really hard time going up anything that has a incline

could it be the O2(oxygen) sensor that is making it run a little ruff?

it could be an o2 sensor, my check engine light used to come on for one side running lean. I got a new sensor and it solved the problem. You should also get a code for a bad o2 sensor along with the running lean. If not im not sure replacing it will fix anything.
