Default Cervini Ram Air hood question

Due to paint bubble im thinking about going aftermarket. People check your hood, its most likely you have paint bubbles too along the edge. Anways back to the topic. Will having the two hood nostril in front create more air drag? Water getting in on raining days? What are the advantage and disavantage?

The ram air hoods are just for looks, in my opinion. Due to aerodynamic design of cars they don't get all the air in them that they look like they do.

People have been running these types of hoods for years now with no issues. Advantage...looks cooler than a stock hood.

Good excuse to do hood pins.
I have gone 130+mph with my Cervini Type IV hood, no problem & no pins. One disadvantage is weight - the fiberglass hoods are about twice the weight of the stock hood.

Trufiber here too. I haven't had any issues with the water getting in (although I'd say more gets in through the heat extraction vents than through the front ram air part).

I have noticed that you can see the "heat waves" coming out of the heat extraction vents, but I'm not sure if they really help all that much. To me, it just looks a lot cooler than stock.

......mustang mod flaws. I noticed most rear suspension mods reduce weight while front mods like supercharger add weights. This really sucks, it just makes the front heavier and the rear lighter which its already unbalanced to begin with.

Too bad they dont have foam pad like on oem which direct water drainage. Where does water land through the heat extraction vent? i assume no problem as well?
