87 octane with Predator/C&L CAI: OK?

Had a quick question before I finally install my C&L mass air kit. I use 87 octane fuel, and have no intentions of changing. Will my engine run OK using the C&L/Predator combination? Do I need to make any adjustments to use 87 octane? I want to make sure to prevent any possibility of pinging or other unfavorable changes after install. Any advice is appreciated as always.

Depending where you got your tuner from they should have loaded it with 3 tunes, one for 87, one for 89, and one for 91.

I used the 87 octane tune for about a week and felt a slight improvement overall. But it's when I switched to 93 octane and changed the tune that the car really came alive. Just my two cents: gas prices certainly are a b$tch right now.
