Default Manual Transmission Help PLEASE!!!

Hi everyone. I am new to the forum and glad to be here.

I am looking into buying another mustang. I have found a really good deal on a 2005. The owner says it needs transmission adjustment? Dont know much about that personally, could someone please enlighten me? Also how is that going to effect the car until it is done. Seller says it is currently drivable? (not so sure)
Just want all the info I can get before going to see it.

Thanks in advance to any help!

Welcome to MF. What does it have for a transmission, standard or auto? I would say the seller is lying, and the transmission is on it's way out.

Not sure what that means either because unless I'm mistaken there's nothing on the transmission that's "adjustable".

I'm with Dragul. You need to find out more details on what EXACTLY is going on with the transmission, then report back here with the details and we might be able to help you out a little better.

There's nothing that's adjustable about the transmission. Sounds to me that the clutch might be on its way out and it's becoming more difficult to change gears. That's quite likely if it's the 10-year-old original clutch.
