I finally got the part from Roush today. I installed the new air tube on the throttle body with the smaller PCV nipple, connected the passenger side cam cover port tube over the supercharger to the vacuum on the air tube and Viola, everything worked to perfection, no high pitched squeal. Car ran smooth without a hiccup.

To answer Simon1 the squeal was louder in the oil pan, the squeal was internal inside the engine. I can only speculate, but maybe the extreme amount of vacuum going through some of the small ports inside the engine. The crankcase ventilation system obviously needs both sides working in conjunction. The vacuum at idle is about 16 to 18 lbs, seems a little bit high, I know the gauge is accurate, have a test gauge, reads the same. Currently full boost is about 6 lbs.

My next mod is going to have to be some stickier tires. When the car accelerates just getting into the boost and the tires seem like they want to break loose with the TC on. The power is awesome. I have 3.76 gear ratio on the rear differential, 4.10's would seem ridiculous. Sorry the pics are not of better quality, took these inside the garage in the evening.

Nah, 4.10's aren't ridiculous. I had them on my 2010 with the M90. It was ridonkulous. lol. Glad it all worked out.
