I called bmr and kelly did recommend the cheaper of the two LCAs. If your lowered get the relo brackets too. They make a huge difference.

I used J&M extreme lowers because of the spherical joint on the axle side. It helps with articulation and prevents binding. I am lowered and also used relocation brackets. I've been happy with my set-up.

I went with Maximum motorsports extreme LCAs and relocation brackets...a little noise but VERY solid

We've got a nice set of machined aluminum arms

Another biggie that helps with wheel hop is the upper

The UPR LCAs are strong, light, and they work very well. We run these on our daily drivers, but we also have racers running 8s in the quarter mile on them. Our Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing setup is very well designed, and will not eject the bushings the way some arms do.
