It is the same here in Tennessee. I received my letter that they will get back to me.

Got my recall notice 2 weeks ago. They said, "Don't call us, we'll call you". But, I understand it's not Ford's fault. If you don't have parts, it's a difficult fix!

I got the recall letter in the mail today. Odd thing is I got it several months ago and took it to a dealer to have it done, waited something like four hours and they brought the car around, said it's good to go. I thought it was strange that I didn't get an invoice showing what was done and what parts were replaced. I ran my VIN through the recalls site a week later and it didn't show up, so I figured it was good, until today. I ran my VIN today and now it shows that it needs to be done. Makes me wonder if they actually did the repair. I guess my only recourse is to take it to a different dealer.

While mine is in, I'm having them swap in a GT500 steering wheel...

Default Airbag Recall?

Did anyone get a recall for their airbag letter in the mail?

I just got one from FORD about a week ago, saying that they would contact me again after parts are available.

I was just curious if anyone else is experiencing this also.

Yeah, that's pretty much the situation everyone is in.
