Wil this fit my 2005 GT??
Hey all,
Found the below parts on craiglist in my area. Would they bolt on to my 05 GT covert? 2011 SHELBY GT500 SVT Track Pack suspension SVT Performance Pack suspension from my GT500. includes shocks, struts, sway bars, links, panhard bar, even the bumpstops Last question is, would this be a large upgrade for me in performance? you will want to use your springs as the gt500 is heavier, your car will look like a monster truck with them (ask me how I know). rear upper control arm is same as gt so theres 2 things out. shocks/struts are a small step up from stock. the sway bars are thicker and therefore more robust but bolt right up. if you plan on lowering or are lowered you don't want stock shocks/struts anyway, they wear out rather quickly. panhard bar and brace is same as GT. it seems like a nice package but you wont be able to use much of it. I had GT500 shocks/struts, they were bouncy on my05 GT so I sold them. rear lower control arms are same as GT just silver. id offer 50-75$ for front and rear sway bars and leave the rest. hope this helps. good luck
