Default Is this normal for a brand new Cam?

So I recently received my ford racing hot rod cams for my 2010 Mustang GT. There appears to be a blue coating on one part of the cam straight out of the box. Any one know why that's there and what it is?

possible inspection mark or color coded factory mark. could also designate grind as well. I wouldn't worry about it. good luck
