SHAKER 1000 SUBWOOFER DRAINING BATTERY!!! HELP
I have 2005 mustang gt with the shaker 1000 I switched the shaker 1000 with aftermarket stereo about 3 years ago, My battery started draining about a year ago. I recently went to go turn on my mustang passed cables and it doesn't start, I hear a noise coming from the trunk and it's the subwoofers that's making a noise behind there. When I turn the key to try to turn it on the noise slows down like if it's not draining the battery as much. I recently bought a new battery and will put it tomorrow, if anyone could help me on how come the battery is draining. p.s I have checked the wires and there all good

Are you turning the radio off before you turn the ignition switch off? Sometimes the relay that is supposed to turn the subwoofers off does not. You need to turn the radio off with the button on the radio before you turn the ignition switch off.
