Finally got the replacement fan and car is scheduled for warranty replacement next Wednesday, Sept 28. I'm going to do some talking about that hood because the hood shows up in their database as "In Stock". So, someone is not being totally honest with me I think!

Car in shop and hood being replaced. Hood was riddled with corrosion. Being covered under original warranty.

glad to hear it man. My 09 had it when I bought it used a few years ago I went fiberglass and never looked back. Those fan bearings are a pain though. I've had two fords do it intermittently but never got bad enough for me to rip the dash apart to fix it. I did a ranger once but they were easy right under the hood three bolts and a connector. Hope they get you squared away though!

All repairs completed and back in my driveway. I also had new Michelin Pilot A/S 3+ tires put on @ Costco a couple of weeks ago, changed wiper blades so should be good for awhile!
