Default Rear Speaker Deck Rattle

Never had this problem until i installed a 10" 500 rms alpine sub in the trunk few months back , now it rattles like crazy. Is there a way by any chance to fix this?

No being a smart *** here but do a better job of installing it. Only you know what's loose.

Could maybe jam something in between the rattling object (speaker, trim, etc) to kind of cushion the boom so it doesn't rattle...not really an expert though. Any screws loose? Are you sure its the rear speaker deck and not something else in the trunk?

I think i figured it out, the rear speaker deck cover is made of plastic board and isnt bolted down or tighten down to the metal deck underneath so when ever loud bass is introduced it rattles. Im currently trying to figure out a way to tighten the plastic cover down without drilling.
