Customer Service Contact #'s
Well she is back in for MORE WARRANTY ISSUES This time they are supposed to take care of the following:
*Knocking in the front end suspension
*Gas Tank Issue
*Inside liner on the soft top coming apart
*Torn Rubber gasket on the Drivers side 1/4 window (due to the drivers window shoving up when the door closes- I know the window is supposed to move up and down like that)
*MAJOR vibration noise from the roof latch on the drivers’ side (when crossing rail road tracks)
*Drives side door is off alignment by approx 2-5MM.
Not to mention the MAJOR VIRATION from the Shaker 1000 that continues to **** me off. [:@] When playing music loud, my ride sounds like a 1980 Civic with a back seat loaded with speakers!
I have had my baby in 3 times for warranty issues (wont bore you all with them).
The reason for my post is I need a contact number of any MOVER OR SHAKER at FORD who can help me with customer service issues!
Each time I have had this baby in; it has been 3-4 warranty issues at a time (as well as routine maintenance) and today has just done it for me!
THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A LOANER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now I can see a one-z two-z warranty problem not meriting a loaner, but for such a case as above I feel I am being hosed!
I want to convey this issue to Ford and complain about the lack of help with the ONGOING MAJOR SHAKER VIBRATION ISSUES! And see if I can get anywhere.
