Thanks Ford4v429 ,Tattoo,281GT.Pullmeover & chrisc I really like this car.
Ford4v429 I went through pros & con's and ended going with the 6. I swear this car fits me like a nice leather jacket (black of course) just a fun car to drive and look at. I was a early 70 Chevelle SS/69 Z/28 BB chevy person of past but caught Mustang fewer as of late, and seriously looked on line and in auto trader papers while my car was on order for a 69 (perfer 69like yours!) or 70 Mustang. It's funny I ordered the 06 in black I like 06's in Black but wouldn't even be interest in buying a 69/70 in black. The only color in 69/70 would be blue or red, they runnig about $20,000 -30,000 for something half way decent and 40k -70k for cherry cond.
I went to this dealer the first time I test drove 06 GT with this 26 year old sales person. it was a Saturday when we pulled out of the rear of the lot we went into a industrial park he goes you wnt to get on it. I ask you don't mine and out the hole he says yea go ahead. I said ok so I stop the car I start to studder rev it settled in at I think around 4000 rpm I am thinking to my self hope everything holds together cause I was going to power shift this thing, not being familar with these newer cars and if you can do it to them.
I pop the clutch car comes out of hole rear sliding to the right. rubber all though first gear, power shift second more rubber though second crack 3rd little rubber in 3rd about the top of 3rd I shut down, the car pulls good though first & second . Salesman got a smile on his face goes you got rubber in third and I had to explain to him about power shifting. The sales guy goes you want to do it again I turned to him and said sure and out of the hole again and though the gears again.
The car smelled of rubber so we get back to the dealer and I said lets park it in back and not pull up front (sales peolple & customers out front ) they night smell the rubber and I didn't want the guy to get in trouble. So we take out a V6 5spd MT and he lets me do the same thing with the 6 and thats when I was a lttle impressed with the 6. So anyway we get back in his office and a sales man comes in with a customer and asked where s the blue GT Peter says its in back I am thinking hope they don't smell the rubber.

How do you upload picture that size, when I try it tells me file to large?????
TinyPony you need a wed site to host large picture, I have a web site I upload the picture first then I post a link here and it points to my web site.

Congrats, dude.
We got the pony pkg on my wife's also. I actually like the smaller fog lamps, and the corral around the pony reminds me of my first car, a '66 V6.
Enjoy the hell out of it!
