I finally got more into this;
I realize now, the hose is not connected to the sprayer jet.
It appears that the sprayer jet clips on but I can't figure out how to unclip it. There is no way for me to get the hose back onto the jet sprayer with it in the position its in.
It appears the jet clips on with a plastic piece so I don't want to risk breaking it.
Any idea how to get the sprayer jet unclipped correctly?

Problem solved
I finally found a way, using a credit card to pop the jets loose. Once it was out, I reconnected the hose, secured it on there with a tiny zip tie and then re-installed the jets.
Now my washer jets work!!
Thanks for all the help!!
