Default 2007 mustang v6 problem starting

I just recently bought a used 2007 mustang and the last owner completely did not care for the car. It was missing several fuses and the car itself had some modifications ( such as added speakers that were simply taken off before selling). The fuse boxes both on the passenger and under the hood have no covers and I could not find the manual for it. My issue that I'm having with the car now is that after I attempted to remove blown fuses and and put missing ones in, the car simply won't start. The lights will go on, it will crank but the engine itself does not start. I'm imagining it's something related to the fuses I attempted to changer, would anyone have a clue on how I can fix this problem and if not if anyone has a picture of the fuse box for this car correctly. Thank you!
