Mustang GT VS Shelby GT

Hi Everyone,
I want to buy a sports car and little bit confuse b/w the Mustang GT & Shelby GT. Please advice me which one will be the best and why?

what years are you looking at? the 07-08 GT was only slightly modified over the GT from the 2005-2009 era. It was modeled after a Hertz rental edition actually

I'm looking for the 2016 model.

There is only one Shelby for the 2016 model year, the GT350. Price is much higher and it is quite a bit different from the 2016 GT. What are your plans?

The Shelby is way different than the GT with the 2017 being the better year as it comes with all the same goodies as the 350R with the exception of the wheels and tires. The 2016 may not come with the upgraded suspension package with the magnetic shocks.
