I replaced my brakes and rotors with drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic brake pads. about two weeks later I noticed a bad squeaking and metal on metal sound under medium to heavy braking and when turning the steering to the left while braking. Any suggestion on what this could be? It's driving me nuts!

Did you apply brake grease to the back of the pads where there is metal to metal contact and the ears of the pads?

Yes I did, I used the grease that came with the pads.
