Clutch and flywheel disaster

Clutch and flywheel disaster
I bought a 2011 v6 from a dealership. They said the clutch was replaced by them but we noticed some problems with the clutch thinking it was just a cheap one. The clutch had a really high bite and when shifting it became notchy more and more. I thought it was just my driving since I never drove a standard before. When I was driving a short way away from my house the clutch catastrophically failed.
This past weekend we pulled everything apart to replace the clutch. Only to find none of this was my driving. The dealership put a good clutch in the car but the flywheel was too small for it. There was no shim placed in the master cylinder, and the bushing was zip tied together. The flywheel is so damaged it's cracked.

I am amazed and how much WORSE workmanship has gotten. I remember when
it was $315 to do the entire job, parts included, and never had issues. Now you have
$600 jobs, and **** workmanship, by the DEALER no less? Something's horribly
wrong with that....
I paid someone $220 to put a clutch kit I bought, in my former '06 HRR, and thought it took
almost 2 weeks, the job was done right. Can't believe a DEALER put the wrong clutch
kit in.
Also, the shim is placed on the slave cylinder, not the master cylinder.
This is why, if you can do it yourself, you're better off... People today just do not
care about other people's property...
