Putting a 2013 GT Axle-Back on a 2005 GT
Okay so this guy is trying to sell me a roush axle-Back that he had on his 2013 GT and he is saying that it should be able to fit my 2005 GT by just cutting the third bolt hanger on the roush axle backs. Does anyone have experince putting 2011-2014 axle backs on a 3v mustang? Or know if i am able to make it fit?

No it won't be a direct fit by just cutting off the extra hanger. The connection to the mid pipe on the 2013 is a ball and socket while the 2005 uses a straight pipe.
You would have to cut off the ball/socket connection and fabricate a slip joint connector
