Will 22 inch rims & sway bar void warranty...
#2
At 6 years old your car is out of warranty unless the original warranty was extended.
The 22" rims are way too big and heavy, and have no place on a Mustang. Sell them and get a set that's more appropriately sized, like 18". You'll save at least 10lb of unsprung weight in each corner and your suspension will thank you for it. A slight improvement in performance and gas mileage are other benefits.

Powertrain warranty, no, the warranty will not be void. Suspension is not
part of a power-train warranty.
Bumper to Bumper, yes, the sway bar will void the warranty on the front
suspension. They WILL claim you caused the failure, OR premature
failure as a result. I had a dealer, who SAW the damage to two tail lights
when I bought my '15 TSI. They said, they will get me two to replace them.
Months went by, and when I pushed it? They said I they made a MANAGERIAL
decision, and concluded that I did it when I put LEDs in the housings, and I got
NOTHING. So, I will never buy a car from them ever again.
