I got all mine from eBAy; Fender, Bumper Cover, brackets... As I said, the only
issues I had were with hoods. Shipping them, and them arriving undamaged is
a crap shoot. This, for another car mind you, but I got ALL my parts from eBay,
they all fit. The first time, I got the Rad, Intercooler, and condenser, all fit. Plus
the hood striker, latch, and latch support. For another car too, but all eBay,
did the work myself, and pocketd $2000 each time, which is what paid for
my '08 Mustang. I hit deer, twice, did all the work myself, made $4000,
plus the $2000 I had in the bank from the other car damages, all DEER...

If I were to need to repair my '08, I would get them from eBay. if I could not
find them on-line in my color, like Facbook Marketplace. I have already seen
hoods, and bumper covers in Torch Red, and there is a GT one up now...

eBay:
When they send you the wrong part, or you get a damaged part, they DO NOT want it back, I
got refunded for both hoods (wrong ones, one damaged beyond repair), and a bumper cover
support bracket that was the wrong one. No issues on line, except the wrong parts, and damaged
hoods. Last time, I used the damaged hood anyway, bent the damage out, and got my money
back. It costs too much to return them;. This time one of the sellers told me, to WALK on it,
while in the box, send pictures, so they can get their money back from the shipper. One of the hoods
was damaged enough without doing that, the other, was not, so I gave them pictures from a damaged
hood two years ago. So, I kept both hoods, sold one, and trashed the real bad one... Made $135 extra
selling one of them... I still have all the parts sitting in my Attic to repair the car from earlier this year,
just don't feel like doing it again... Car runs, I can see at night, and just looks banged up a little. Should
even pass inspection.

I did not order anything through Amazon.

Did you find the parts painted from eBay? Of buy printed and get them painted?

They did offer painted ones, but, considering the possibility of damage in shipping,
I was not going to chance that; fenders, and hoods. Hoods? I would not buy from
eBay ever again unless it was an emergency. OR, at least, stay away from
GORDON resellers. I have yet to try LKQ for parts. Every hood, except for one,
I got from eBay was a GORDAN product, shipped from a warehouse from wherever,
were damaged. Mostly edge damage that could be bent out, but still... No one
takes care of, or handles them properly. I even have video of the FedEx driver
tossing it on my porch, over the porch rail, and scraping the porch rail; damaged
the hood, and my railing, which I filed a claim for damaged, NEVER heard from
them. I will not, or try not to, buy from anyone who uses FedEX as their shipper.
I have a video of FedEX driver dropping a package they came to pick up from me, and
it arrived damaged, same corner; they denied the claim. The guy set the package
(PS4) on the porch railing, turned, and as he turned, knocked it off and on to the floor
of the porch. The corner hit the floor, then it lied flat. So, BOTH TIMES, video
evidence, they denied the claims. So, I will never use FedEX for shipping and I
stay away from people who use them. Most of these parts shippers use FedEX
because they seem to have the best drop-ship rates, because sending the hoods
back, were $125.00 each, when I paid $142.00 each, shipped.

Bumper Covers, no issues; '13 Jetta, and my '06 HHR, they came, they were fine.

Was only hoods. The one '13 Jetta fender I got, was also fine.

I mean, I paid well under $100 for the bumper covers, flat black. Same with
the Fender, was like $42.00, flat black. With the flat black hood, and bumper
cover, it looked fine, never painted them... People actually liked it...

I spray painted the '13 Jetta fender, black, and it was a close match, I did not
have titanium black in spray, used a gloss black...

$107 for a flat black fender, $286 paint to match...

Hood? Well, over $600 no matter what. That is, buy a red one for $300, then have
it painted. Primer black was $500-some, and just other used and aftermarket
hoods in the $400+ range.

Here is an example of what's on FB Marketplace:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/4151...41716699349973

Entire front end, $350. RED, yes, but for $350, you get the hood and fenders...

Have you tried LMR.com? They may have something for you at a decent price.
