Default New hood - any one have pics...

Hey guys,

The corrosion for the aluminum hood is driving me nuts. I am going to get a new one since it apparently is impossible to fix the problem.

I like these two, especially the type r. Does anyone have them installed that can take a picture of the video from the driver's seat? I am 6ft 1". You don't have to be my same height as I will get the idea.

Thanks for the help.

I did the same thing. I ended up getting the elenor hood. I did mine a little different as in I didn't do the stripes down the center. Anyway Im much shorter than you and it does come up about 3 inches. You will quickly get use to it. It doesn't really effect visibility

Just click on my picture and you see the hood

Has anyone used this company or put on this hood?

I don't like big cowls, but this is only 1.5 inches, that is not too bad.

The body shop u decide to use will be the ones that will either make it look nice or not. When you do decide on the hood remember a good shop will blend the paint into the car. They shouldn't just paint the hood and thats it. The should talk to you about blending it in on the fenders. I do not for the life of me remember how much the paint job was now. Anyway if they don't say anything about that or if you only want the hood done to save money they you might wait until you can do it right
