Hello,
Does the shaker 500 come in any other ford vehicles WITH an aux input port of any kind. I want to try swapping to see if I can hard wire the satellite radio into that aux function somehow.......

I have the shaker 500 in my 06 gt...I have a XM Sat radio hardwired into my car...its the Roady XT....its a seperate unit that is slim and is mounted on the dash between the two middle air vents...no exposed wires and the Roady Xt looks great as it is a bright silver which matches the vents and gauges....i purchased mine at Circuit City and paid 200.00 for the unit and installation...

So how did they hard wire it into the shaker 500 is the question, did the splice into the factory wiring, or just use the FM modulator. I have the FM modulator like eveyrone else that has satellite with their shaker 500, and it sounds like crap, so I turned of my service until I can find a hard wired install method.
