Default Vibration at 1100 rpm

I just remembered that there have been a few times that the TOB has "talked" to me. When it does all i have to do is push the clutch in once or twice and it quiets down.

Not to hijack this thread,,, but I have a vibration at 69-71 mph. not rpm related. I thought mine was harmonic balancer related but when it blew up last week and ford garage installed a new harmonic balancer, it didnt help my issue. so waiting for more ideas/replies.
