2013 Mustang Driver Window Stuck Down
Hello all,
While driving around normally I rolled down the drivers side window. Window rolled down just fine..... and never rolled up. I can hear a clicking sound when I attempt to roll it up but nothing happens. Checked the fuses which look fine. Passenger side also works fine. Do I need to replace the motor and actuator or just the motor? Any ideas what could be wrong? It’s a balmy 40 degrees where I’m at right now. |
If it's "clicking" then power is getting to the motor so it can't be a fuse.
Only way to know what is happening is to take the interior panel off and look. Could be whatever is attached to the window to raise and lower has come off - could be the motor. Really no way for us to say since you have to disassemble the door to see what is happening. |

Any way I can get the window to get stuck in the “up” position until the parts come in on Thursday? Maybe take the acuator and motor off, slide the window up and reinstall them?
