Default shaker 500 speaker issue

I'm having a issue with my Shaker 500. Specifically the drivers door sub. The passenger door is fine. At louder volumes I get a vibration type noise. It isn't a full time thing. It even happens on talk radio at certain times. I think it's the power windows switch panel that's the problem. The dealer couldn't isolate the problem in fact they said there was no issue. Has anybody had this problem if so what was the fix?

I've heard a buzz a few times myself and wondered if there was something there or not.

But on attempt to reproduce in an environment where I could actually isolate the issue, I was not able to recreate the noise.

I'd think a layering of dynomat (or equiv) would fix the buzz... planning on doing that myself, but I'm waiting to pull the door apart until I decide to replace the stock speakers. Doubt the dealer would pay for it though.

I've been hearing a vibration in the passenger door sometimes, especially during low frequency talking. Not sure it's the speaker.

My left door had a viberation in it, and it was most noticable on talk radio. Turned out to be the window switch bezel. I could put my hand on it and the noise would go away. Took it apart and put it back together and the noise stopped.

My vibration is from the passenger door and I can't reach that far!! ;-) Thanks, I'll check it out.

I get the "buzz" too. I just figured something is rattling because of the low frenquency that the speakers produce. I just keep thinking to myself.."Its a Ford." and ignore it. lol

I've been hearing lots of vibrations and buzzes a few times too. I have isolated the problem and it turns out that my left mirror is causing it. As for the buzz, I think it may be the sub on my left side as well.
