Default 18x9 mustangtuning.com deep dish bullitts

Hi guys,

I was planning on buying the 18x9 deep dish bullitts from mustangtuning.com. However i have been researching on other forums and have heard a lot of bad stuff about them, ie. they get extremly hot, wobble in the steering and that the dont fit right due to offset, brakes rubbing etc. apparently spacer are needed and the ones provided dont fir right.
I was going to put the on my 2005 V6.
Please give me some input on this, especially from someone who bought these.
Thanks a lot

I have seen this O E Wheels guy, but not too sure if I wanna go with those rims since the offset is wrong 24+. I have not spoken or heared from anyone that tried to put these "old 94-04" rims on a 05.

I'd heard the steering wobble could be from brake drum/rotor retaining clips on some cars- some aftermarket rims arent spotfaced on the bachside for clearance...but with 4 wheel discs, not sure if they even use these anymore...spacers/clearance issues I would worry about- without a spring compressor/masking it onto the stops, its kinda hard to say they'll never rub...had oversized cragers on my 69 and they never rubbed till the night some idiots in oncoming car throwing beer bottles bent the pillar/blew out my windshield/chunked paint/wing...they were doing 70 when I caught them, but in chasing after caught some air over a hill and skinned both rear tires pretty bad...was probably doing about 110. luckily they didnt stop or I'd likely have gone away for a long time...I was soooo pissed. luckily nothing but my car got hurt.
the car went in the garage, got tore apart, now its almost 22 years later...
