I've been able to get some really good fuel economy numbers out of mine IF I drive it nice. On a round trip to another city that is 250 miles away I got 28 (33 mpg Canadian, our gallons are bigger) mpg from mine. That was with the cruise set at 70 mph. (110 kph) These cars have much more efficient exhaust than "average" cars and the gearing is actually suited to the power characteristcs of the engine unlike most cars, so if you drive them right they will get some very suprising fuel economy numbers. Of course that is NOT what I bought it for but it's good to know how efficient these cars are. BTW the Canadian model has a speedo that goes to 250 kph. An advantage for having to live in such a crappy climate.

lol i do the same.....my city mpg is usuall 15.5 or less, average speed 22mph. Every morning i flip it out of the apartment complex entrance and whip the back end around. so fun.....one time i went a little overboard and did a 180... whoops

lol my all time low was 6. something
that was a bad day...i think i sat in traffic for about 6 hours to move a total of 40 miles

but my car is still new so any little jam will effect my average mpg (i onlt have a total of about 400)

I've got about 2500 miles on my car now and it has been steady reading about 19.5 miles per gallon. I'd say about 4/5 of my driving is on the interstate.
