off road h-pipe install difficult?

RE: off road h-pipe install difficult?
The install is pretty easy and I don't know if it was just MY kit, but I noticed a rattling (thought was my dash) immediately after install. Turned out the clamps that came with it weren't that good and were rattling against the pipe. It was just the screws that were bad so I swapped them out and it was fine. Just mentioning it so if you here a rattle in your dash - you'll know what it is.

I believe that it is a federal regulation/law and therefore removing any emmisions control device off of any street legal vehicle built later than 1974 is illegal. This is regardless of the state you are in. Now if you purchased it with the cats already removed I am not sure if it is still illegal but common sense says it probably is. If you want to find out more you try the EPA. Here is the link. I hope this helps.
