The 69' has always been my favorite year... of ALL mustangs... although 05 is rapidly becoming my favorate!

I hope the mustang inspires other cars with "stand out looks".... I have grown quite tired of all the cars in a companies line haveing the same grill, tail and dash looks.

Look at the current blend of dodg's and fords... you have to read the labels to define one from the next.. with the exception of the Mustang... it is so clearly a stand out in styling that Ford didn't even bother putting "Mustang" or "Ford" anywere on the car.

Although... I have come to realize there ARE some pretty stupid and unaware people out there - based on how many walk up to me and ask me, "Is that one of the NEW Mustangs"?... one of these days I am going to tell them, "NO... it is a 68... HAHA

I think '67 with the wing from maybe a 1970 pony.

Hopefully mine will look like '67 Shelby by the end of the week.

Example, but replace white w/silver.

I want pictures when it's done. I'm also doing a restyle based on the '67 Shelby (just not as far along as you). :-)

AH-MAH-GAWD!!!

I just talked with them. They tell me I can't pick up until Tue! I dropped it off Monday.

Carpooling to work is getting old.

351PONY, there will be LOTS of pictures! Maybe even movie clips if I can figure it out.
