The fastest way to more power is to get a retune using a computer flasher. Simply put, it changes alot of things that control the engine parameters electronically. It will wake up the car, that is for sure.

heres some links. Go with the SCT Xcalibrator 2.

JLT2 cold air intake ( www.jlttruecoldair.com ) and an SCT2 with a 91 or 93 octane ( depending on area ) tune from Doug at Bamachips ( www.bamachips.com )
3.73 Ford Racing gears
Off road H pipe from www.brenspeed.com
Steeda underdrive pulleys

At or a little bit over 1000 bucks, and alot of bang for the buck.
