Ya..i do sometimes, hey im 16 too with a GT...kinda cool to see someone my age with a GT. I guess i dont really abuse my car, i kinda just drive the way im suppose to. I guess im the kind of person who thinks before acting. I dunno...lol i love my GT though what can i say? hahahah

I'm only 19, in college and working. Insurance (Wawanesa) goes for about $3000 a year and payments are $460 a month. Now I only have a V6... don't want to see my bill if I had a V8.

Ah well, in three years I'll have 3 raises (maybe even a better job) and a good driving record (no doubt) under my belt. I'll trade my V6 for an '08 GT or something, assuming I like the styling.

As for abuse.. my tires are probably getting the worst of it.

I drive it like i stole it. 5 speed is all too fun. a ford engineer told me the tranny (5-speed ) is bullit proof. He said he helped design thie 05 driveline, he was driving an 07 gt500 prototype with 550 hp.. anyways i drive it hard and it is so much fun

I usually drive mine fairly sanely. I haven't peeled out once in the 11 months, 18 days, and 17 hours that I've owned it. However, I just recently had some gears installed and, sadly, will have to do a smokey burnout to make sure that both wheels are getting power. [:'(]
