Default k and n filter

Couple questions for you guys who have either used them, or know people who have. There is a high flow performance air filter for my gt mustang 06' automatic. does it make a noticable difference in the vehicle, especially at higher speeds? Also i have heard of it setting off check engine sensors for no reason. Any experience with this? also is it fairly easy to install? i had put one on another vehicle several years back. It didnt seem to improve performance, just make the car louder. Any help or input is appreciated. THANKS!

Go with C/L with SCT2 Tuner from Brenspeed. It makes a big difference on your 06' GT Automatic. Also it isn't recommended to put a big filter on as the one mentioned without a tune. Regular K-N Filter is o.k. but its better to buy quality. After all you will be spending more trust me because this will be your new hobby. Sorry if I didn't tell you what you wanted to hear.
