How to add a subwoofer to Shaker 500

I have the Shaker 500 system and want to add a subwoofer enclosur box to it. My question is what has to be done? Are there any adapters out there that allows to add an amp to the stock system/harness?

Im not sure if the shaker has the sub output, but you could use a line convertor to make speakerwire to rca.

I'm pretty sure the shaker500 does not have a suboutput. TMG is right, get a line converter/harness its about $5 at walmart. You should then be ready to imstall everything with RCA conoections in place!

you can do what I did, have a remote that taps into the rear stock subs that kicks on your amp when it senses power. Then your main sub are a bumpin!!

If you are interested in not having to mess with the headunit I will talk to you about it tommara and post pics.

Sound quality is perfect!!
