wife drove the mustang(stick) tonight...
I think the poor kids in the back got whiplash
She did OK, but did a slight version of the bucking bronco a few times, put a few miles on the starter, and I'm pretty sure cleaned all the little **** off the rear tires, BUT...at least she is careful with the clutch, never ground any gears in the car or truck, and if she HAS to move/drive it, I know she can...I will try to keep it away from her
slight backlash sound in transmission is noticably louder now...can hear more slop when you back off the throttle...heard it would get louder as it broke in, but didnt think a bit of bucking would make any noticable change so quickly.
Kinda suprised- she did great last month driving my F150...must be a torque thing, I was kinda suprised how easily she stalled the car out (might jinx myself but havent stalled it yet).
She'll get it in time I guess, in time...

my wife loves the loud pedal....
with the exception of being able to shift fast and hard she has no fear about slamming her foot into the floor board....
personally she scares me...

My cure for the wife NEVER EVER driving my Mustang was to get her one of her own with the V6 and automatic. Thankfully she now has no intention of driving my car.
