Default Information on Saleen Parts (Some help, please?)

Since their website is so horrid...

Can anyone give me info on the Hood and the Suspension package?

I'm interested in the hood's heat extractors as well as the overall ride height changes/etc of the suspension kit.

Also, is there a better (read: cheaper) way to get these parts, especially the hood?

Go to this web site for the hood http://www.ponybuilder.com/MustangGT_coupe.html and it will tell how much it is and shipping.

I also like this hood with functional inlet http://www.lmperformance.com/5716/73.html

For suspenion you can go to this site also http://www.bmrfabrication.com/2005Mustang.htm

Hope this helps

Ed

I believe until recently there have not been many Saleen distributors outside of Ford dealers. You can try http://www.haneymotorsport.com/index.htm . I also think THR (texas hot rods) just started carrying Saleen parts.

I think they have a good reputation based on what I have seen on the board. I think that SC hood which looks great, is now made in aluminum due to some issues they had with the original and goes for over around $1G.

I think the suspension lowerst the car 1.25-1.5" all the way around.
