Need to know if your bra fits...
I went and ordered the "Front End Cover" for my 2005 GT from the Ford Accessories site. I tried fitting the part that goes over the front of the hood and there is no way it will fit!
The main part of the bra calls for me removing the screws from inside the front wheel wells to attach it with snaps and if they gave me the wrong one I don't want to waste the time.
The Part # is 5R3Z-19A413-AA
Is it supposed to fit poorly or did they send me the wrong part?

If it's going to be a very tight fit, it will probably end up scratching the paint, which kind of defeats the purpose of installing one to "protect the paint". Just be careful not to force it when you're installing it. I had one on my 300M and it did scratch the paint on both edges on the hood. I took it off and threw it away. For my Mustang I'll probably to get a clear bra.

No problem with my v6 one. VERY tight fit first time but take your time and it will go one.
Stretching it a little did not hurt mine either before it went on the car.
Sealant and wax though before I put it on.
The little button screws are cool in my opinion
I use my bra for highway road trips, etc and love it.

When you say "....there is no way it will fit..." what and where is the problem? Is the width of the hood cover not as wide as the hood? I just measured the hood portion of my bra, and it measures 56 1/2"....
I hope this helps.
One area I did have a tuff time with was when I replaced those screws with the studs they give you; and it was a BE-ATCH to pull the bumper portion around and get it snapped on inside the wheel well.
