Forget Rattles...Road noise!!!
My mustang is away for the winter, but the one thing that has botherd me the most is the road noise in it. It seems like it is coming from the two side quater windows in the back.
I love my car but that is my one point of irritation. Does anyone know of a way to cut down the road/wind noise heard in the car. ?

I figure more noise is better! Helps drown out the screams of the person in the passenger seat as I bury the needle!![sm=badbadbad.gif]
that being said, I did go from an Acura TL to this so I too noticed the same type of road/tire noise coming from the vicinity of the quarter windows (little wierd that it's that specific). if u can't live with it, might have to order some sound insulation and install behind the plastic under the windows...also install it in the trunk under the carpet. this link was from another thread...not sure but they might have what you need http://www.b-quiet.com/vcomp.html
I thought about doing it but figured it wasn't worth the trouble IMO...
Peace
