Default Tail lights...done good or done bad?

Me and a buddy of mine were arguing just now about Ford's decision to go with the classic shorter 3 section taillights. He always loved the ones they put on the original concept cars. I somewhat agreed that the wide section GT500 styled taillights would have looked good, but I preferred the ones on the GT-R concept. They always seemed like a logical compromise between the current 3 bar lights and the shelby long lamps. So, I pose this question....what do you think of the final incarnation of the new Mustang's taillight designs?

Love 'em the way they are.

I felt that the broader taillights give the car an undesired futuristic rear end (as do the enclosed exhaust pipes.)

I would have purchased my 2006 Mustang either way. But you have to admit the concept car taillights are really cool !!!!

My vote is for GTR. But current with a black out works for me. I had to black mine out [IMG][/IMG]

Concept looks great, but possibly a bit too much for the street. And ya cant beat how neat the classic looks with the sequential conversion!

I was considering the sequential converter. How hard are they to install? I saw a V6 with them the other day....pretty neat.
